1. All You Need to Know about Rummyprime

1.1 How do I play rummy games on Rummyprime?

There are two ways you can download the Rummyprime app:

  • You can download the app from www.rummyprime.com
  • You can head to Google Play Store and download the app from there.

Once the app is installed, you will need to register on it with your mobile number.

1.2 How to refer my friends to Rummyprime?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to refer Rummyprime app to your friends:

  • You can refer your friends to Rummyprime through your unique referral link.
  • You can share this referral link via Whatsapp.
  • Your friend needs to download the app using your link.
  • Alternatively, you can also share your referral code with your friend. Your friend will need to enter this code when they are registering on the app.
  • You can get up to 500 Discount Credits for each successful referral.

Note: The referee needs to tap on “Have a Referral Code?” and enter the referral code during registration. Just clicking the link won’t be enough.

1.3 What all Rummy variants are available in Rummyprime?

Rummyprime offers you Pool 61/101/201, Points, and Deals rummy, available in 6-player and 2-player variants. You can also choose to play free games to improve your skills and try out new strategies.

1.4 How many cash games can I play every day?

You can play as many cash games as you want to on Rummyprime. At the same time, we encourage you to play responsibly.

1.5 Are the cards on Rummyprime shuffled randomly?

Yes, Rummyprime is an RNG certified rummy platform, certified by iTechLabs, Australia. RNG uses a well-known algorithm to generate random numbers. The numbers generated by this RNG have passed Marsaglia’s “diehard” tests for statistical randomness.

1.6 How can I join a tournament?

You can play rummy tournaments on Rummyprime by clicking on the tournament icon on the lobby page of our app. You can select to play either a free tournament or a cash tournament. Look out for the entry fee for each tournament, the timings, and the format before you participate.

1.7 What is a “Waitlist” in a Tournament?

Waitlist in Rummyprime refers to the number of players waiting to join a tournament. If you are joining a tournament that has no seats left, you will be added to a waiting list. Let’s say you are the 10th player on the waiting list, now, you will be able to join the tournament only when 10 players withdraw from the tournament.

1.8 What is “Mission” and how is it beneficial?

Missions are time-bound challenges on the Rummyprime app. Upon completing these, you will be eligible for Discount Credits as rewards. The more missions you complete, the bigger your rewards (Discount Credits) will be.

1.9 When does a game of rummy settle?

Pool & Points: Every deal gets settled either when a player wins the deal or after each player has played 25 moves in the current deal, whichever is earlier.

Deal: Every deal except the final deal in the game – gets settled either when a player wins the deal or after each player has played 25 moves in the current deal, whichever is earlier.

2. Rewards & Offers

2.1 Where do I check to know more about offers?

You may open the Rummyprime app and click on “All Offers”, inside the hamburger menu, to browse through the various deals we have in place and you can also access it through the “Earn Cash” section in the navigation bar.

2.2 What are Discount Credits?

Discount Credits is a reward that you get when you Add Cash or use the Superboost option. You can also get Discount Credits through other promotional offers. You can fund up to 100% of a game’s Buy-In value through Discount Credits.

2.3 How do I get Discount Credits?

There are 3 ways to get Discount Credits:

Add cash: You will get Discount Credits every time you Add Cash. The amount of Discount Credits you get will depend on the offer that will be applicable at that time.

Superboost: Use Superboost when you win a game or when you are placing a withdrawal request to get extra Discount Credits.

Promotional Offers: You can Discount Credits through limited period promotional offers as well..

2.4 How can I benefit from Discount Credits?

  • Discount Credits are a great way to enjoy cash games at a discounted value. Let’s suppose you get 100 Discount Credits from using Superboost. Next, let’s suppose you play a game that has a Buy-In of ₹250. A part of your Buy-In amount will be funded from your Discount Credits.
  • When you claim Superboost offers more frequently, you will get more Discount Credits and this will enable you to play more games without adding more cash.
  • Hence, if you are planning to play more cash games, we’d recommend you use Superboost when you win a game or when you are placing a withdrawal request. Note that every time you Add Cash, you will need to pay 28% GST to the government. By getting Discount Credits from Superboost offers, you can play more games hassle-free.

2.5 How do I use Discount Credits?

If you have Discount Credits, they will automatically get applied to give you a discounted Buy-In. When you select a particular table to join, you will see a pop-up which will clearly mention the amount of Discount Credits being used.

2.6 Can my Discount Credits expire?

Discount Credits do not come with an expiry date. However, if you don’t play any cash game for 30 or more consecutive days, Discount Credits will be removed from your wallet. The Rummyprime can change this policy as per the terms and conditions.

2.7 What are free games?

Rummyprime brings you an exciting new launch – Free Games! Let’s break down the top 3 benefits for you:

  • The first benefit is that if you don’t have sufficient Buy-In balance left, you can join this table for free! Yes, absolutely free!
  • The second benefit is that if you win a Points, Pool, or Deals game in the Free Games section, you win Discount Credits! You can use these Discount Credits to get discounted Buy-In on cash games.
  • The third benefit is that you can play unlimited Free Games. If you already have Discount Credits, they will be used when you join a game. However, if you don’t have sufficient Buy-In balance, you can still play games on the Free Games section.

You can use these free games to practice new strategies and enjoy rummy games for free.

2.8 Can I withdraw the winnings from free games?

No, you cannot withdraw Discount Credits.

2.9 What is Superboost?

With Superboost you can win extra Discount Credits by moving your withdrawal balance to Game Balance. There are two ways to use Superboost:

  • Superboost on winning a game: You will get the option to use Superboost when you win a game. You will get extra Discount Credits for doing so.
  • Superboost on withdrawals: You get extra Discount Credits when you use Superboost while placing a withdrawal request. The amount of Discount Credits depends on the amount you move to Game Balance.

2.10 Can I withdraw the amount transferred to the Game Balance after using Superboost?

No. Only the amount shown under the withdrawal balance can be withdrawn. You can check your withdrawal balance by visiting the wallet section on the app. Game Balance can be used to play cash games only.

2.11 Once I choose to use Superboost, can I reverse my decision?

No, you cannot reverse your decision once you decide to move your withdrawal balance to Game Balance through the Superboost offer. But if you are having second thoughts about using Superboost, here are some points for you to consider.

  • When you claim Superboost offers more frequently, you will get more Discount Credits and this will enable you to play more cash games at a discounted Buy-In.
  • Hence, if you are planning to play more cash games, we’d recommend you use Superboost when you win a game or when you are placing a withdrawal request. Note that every time you Add Cash, you will need to pay 28% GST to the government. By getting Discount Credits from Superboost offers, you can play more games hassle-free.

2.12 What happens to the Superboost offer if my withdrawal takes longer to process?

Once you confirm that you want to place a withdrawal request with a Superboost offer (Saver or Super Saver), the mentioned amount will move back to your Game Balance from the withdrawal balance instantly. You will also get Discount Credits as part of the Superboost offer instantly. Hence, it is possible that due to bank-related issues, your withdrawal takes longer than expected but the rest of the offer will get applied instantly.

2.13 Why am I not seeing Superboost offers during withdrawals?

During withdrawals, if TDS is applicable on your withdrawal amount and you still choose to go ahead with it, you will not be able to use Superboost then. Currently, Superboost offers are applicable on amounts where no TDS is applicable during withdrawals.

2.14 Can I reverse my decision once I use the Superboost offer after the game win?

No. When you choose the Superboost offer after winning a game, your winnings move from withdrawal balance to Game Balance and you get extra Discount Credits. Once you confirm that you want this offer, then it cannot be reversed.

2.15 Can I withdraw the amount transferred to the Game Balance after using Superboost?

No. Only the amount shown under the withdrawal balance can be withdrawn. Game Balance gets used for playing games and if you win a game, your winnings move to withdrawal balance.

2.16 From where can I access Superboost offers?

You can choose to use Superboost after winning a game and during the withdrawal process.

  • After you win any cash game, you can choose to use the Superboost offer on the scorecard.
  • Based on the amount you enter to withdraw, you will be shown Superboost offers. By selecting the ‘Saver’ or ‘Super Saver’ options, you can get the benefits of the Superboost offer in the withdrawal process.

3. New GST policy

3.1 How do I deposit the GST amount to the government?

During deposit (Add Cash), Rummyprime will automatically calculate the GST amount. This amount will be submitted to the government on the player’s behalf by the Rummyprime. As proof, a GST invoice will be generated and provided to all players. This will be visible and can be downloaded from the Add Cash success screen and the Wallet section.

3.2 Why am I not getting Bonus offer during Add Cash?

From 1 October 2023 onwards, Bonus will no longer be available on Rummyprime. All existing bonus in your account will be converted to the new Discount Credits. With Bonus, you used to get a 10% discount on the Buy-In amount of your game. With Discount Credits, you can get up to 100% discount on the Buy-In amount. Furthermore, Discount Credits expire only when you don’t play any cash game for a period of 30 or more days. All offers on Rummyprime will now give out Discount Credits instead of Bonus.

3.3 In case I request a refund of my deposited value, will my GST amount also get refunded?

As per the GST Law, once the GST gets paid to the government during the deposit, it will not be refunded back to you. However, the balance amount will be returned to the account from where you made the payment.

4. Payment & Withdrawals

4.1 How can I Add Cash to my Rummyprime account?

You can Add Cash by Clicking on the ‘Add Cash’ button, located on the top right corner of the homepage, which will land you on the Add Cash Page where you can enter your amount, select your pack and check/apply coupons.

Once you have completed the steps on the “Add Cash” page, click “Continue” to go to the “Payment Methods” screen.

In this screen, you can select your payment method – UPI, Paytm Wallet, Credit/debit card or net banking to complete your payment.

4.2 Is my money safe on Rummyprime?

Absolutely! Rummyprime uses a Thawte SSL Secured Rummyprime which ensures your money, data, and identity are safe and secure.

4.3 Can I play rummy online without adding any cash?

Yes, you can play as many practice games as you want on Rummyprime. You can move to the cash games when you feel you’re ready for it.

4.4 When do | get my winning amount in my account/wallet?

Once you win a game, you get your winnings transferred to your Rummyprime wallet instantly. From your Rummyprime wallet, you can get your winnings transferred to your bank account within seconds.

4.5 My deposit attempt failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account?

No need to worry about it. We will take care of the deducted amount and you will be provided with a refund shortly. If haven’t received the money yet, please contact your bank directly for updates. Be assured that your money is safe and will be refunded to you within time.

4.6 How does TDS work?

30% TDS is applied to your earnings after deducting your withdrawals from deposits (Net winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits) within the financial year spanning from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.

4.7 Since I am already paying GST, do I need to pay TDS?

Yes. Whenever applicable, both GST and TDS need to be paid.

  • All players will need to start paying GST at the rate of 28% to the government on every deposit (Add Cash) from 1st October 2023 onwards. This is applicable for all players on online money gaming apps.
  • TDS is applicable on net winnings during withdrawals and is separate from the GST on Add Cash.

4.8 When does the withdrawn amount get credited into my bank account?

Your winnings will be transferred right away, but you can only withdraw if you have at least ₹25 in your wallet, and you can only do this once a day until midnight.

4.9 My withdrawal is delayed. What should I do?

If your withdrawal takes more than 3 hours to process, it would be due to some issue with your respective bank. For example, some cooperative banks generally take more time to process. In these cases, the banks ask us to wait for 72 hours (3 working days) before they can give us a definite answer. Be assured we will proactively reach out to the banks for resolution in these cases.

4.10 What should I do if my withdrawal fails?

  • If the IFSC code or account details are incorrect, please make sure you enter the right IFSC, bank account number and Account Name.
  • Other less common reason is your bank account might be suspended or closed, or you could have reached maximum monthly limits etc.

5. Referrals

5.1 What is the Referral Program?

On Rummyprime, you can refer your friends and family with your personal referral code. Every time your friend plays a cash game on Rummyprime, you both can get Discount Credits of up to 500.

5.2 Is there a limit to referring friends?

There is no limit on referrals. You can make as many referrals as you want and enjoy the benefits.

5.3 Where can I see my Discount Credits that I got through referrals?

Here’s how you can do it:

  • Visit the account section on the Rummyprime app.
  • Go to “My Wallet”
  • Here you can see all the info about your Discount Credits.

5.4 How long will it take to receive the Discount Credits after making a referral?

The Discount Credits for both the referrer and the referee will be credited to them immediately after the referred person has played their first cash game. The Discount Credits for the referee will be reflected in their Discount Credits wallet on Rummyprime.

5.5 When will my Discount Credits expire?

All your Discount Credits will expire if you don’t play any cash game for 30 or more days. Rummyprime can change this as per the terms and conditions.

5.6 How long will I get referral benefits?

You will receive and claim referral benefits within a 30-day period. Any action post 30 days will not be valid.

5.7 What if I Want to Refer Someone to Rummyprime from Gamezy?

This won’t be possible since Gamezy Rummy has now become Rummyprime. You can refer new users through your mobile number to Rummyprime.

5.8 What Happens if My Existing Referees from Gamezy Rummy Join Rummyprime?

Rummyprime users will not be treated as new users and you won’t get any referral benefits based on your past Gamezy referrals.

6. Others

6.1 Do I have to give my mobile number and email address?

A mobile number is used to verify your identity and you also get all your OTPs and important messages on your number. Sharing the email ID is optional but highly recommended to get all the rummy-related offers.

6.2 Do you have a customer support team?

6.3 Can I play in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim & Telangana?

Rummy players playing real cash games online from Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim and Telangana are prohibited from playing cash games. The state government has passed an Ordinance amending the Gaming Act 1974 banning online Rummy in these states.

However, you can continue to play practice rummy games for free on our app.

6.4 My internet is working fine but shows a network issue?

While your internet connection seems to be fine, it’s possible that there might be an internal issue with the Rummyprime app or server that’s causing the problem.

To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:

  • Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Turn off your device and then turn it back on after a few seconds.
  • Clear cache and data: Go to the settings of your device, locate the “Applications” section, find Rummyprime, and then clear its cache and data. This step will remove any temporary files or corrupted data that might be causing the network issue.
  • Check for app updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of Rummyprime installed on your device. We often release updates that fix bugs and improve overall performance.
  • Try a different network: If possible, connect to a different Wi-Fi network or switch to mobile data to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current network.
  • Contact Rummyprime support: If none of the above steps resolves the network issue, we recommend reaching out to Rummyprime’s customer support team directly. Kindly share your registered details with us along with the screen recording of the app at “ support@rummyprime.com “ so that they can assist you further.

6.5 How to update KYC Documents?

To update your KYC documents, visit the “Profile” Section on your Lobby page, under the same you will have an option called “Verify KYC”, in the same option you can update your KYC details.

Once your KYC details have been updated it would take up to 24 hours to verify. You will receive a mail and an SMS on your KYC approval or disapproval status.

6.6 Why was my KYC document rejected?

To know the reason for document rejection, visit your KYC tab under the “Profile” option.
